Please Note

Evaluations are primarily scheduled during weekdays and require about 2-3 hours time to complete depending on your home. Evening and weekend visits may be possible with sufficient notice, for an addtional fee.

Most "pre" evaluations are $150.00 + Tax. If the size of your home is more than 3,500 sq. ft., there may be additional costs. Depending on your location and timing, a travel fee may apply.

Evaluations are currently performed on Vancouver Island - North of Nanaimo British Columbia, Canada.

Locations include Courtenay, Comox, Cumberland, Campbell River (no travel fee), Gold River, Woss, Port Hardy, Port McNeil, Port Alice, Naniamo, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Port Alberni.
